ETBI, working with the 16 Education and Training Boards recognises the importance of supporting our new Principals and Deputy Principals in their professional journey. An Induction Programme for our newest senior leadership recruits took place to provide information, knowledge, advice and support, insights, networking and voices of experience.
In the past Principal and Deputies have found the Induction to be of great benefit to them and we are delighted to be back supporting this programme in a face to face capacity for the school year 2023/24.
