Education and Training Boards: Contracted Training Framework 2026–2030 – Publication of the RFI and PIN

We are pleased to share the announcement below from the Education Procurement Service (EPS) regarding the publication of the Request for Information (RFI) and Prior Information Notice (PIN), now available on the eTenders website.

The EPS invites submissions from companies and organisations with the capacity, expertise, and capability to deliver general Further Education and Training (FET) programmes on behalf of the Education and Training Boards (ETBs). This market sounding exercise will help shape future procurement strategies and ensure the 2026–2030 Contracted Training Framework continues to meet the evolving needs of ETBs and the broader FET sector.
