Child Protection – what ETB Board of Management members need to know
The updated Child Protection Procedures for Schools 2025 must be fully implemented in all schools by 31st December 2026. It is the responsibility of the Board of Management (BoM) to ensure that these procedures are implemented in full and to quality assure their effectiveness on a regular basis. This webinar explores the implications for and responsibilities of an ETB BoM in relation to these procedures.
This webinar will be introduced by Linda Tynan, Director of Schools in Laois & Offaly ETB and co-presented Susan McGann, Eoghan Ó Ceallaigh and Fiona Temple, who are principals in ETB schools. The webinar is designed for members of any ETB school Board of Management.
