Education and Training Boards Ireland invite expressions of interest for persons willing to serve as an External Chairperson to the ETBI Finance Audit and Risk Committee.
Experience and/or knowledge of financial practices, audit, corporate governance and public sector is desirable. A modest fee may be payable.
Expressions of interest
Any person wishing to be considered for appointment to the ETBI Finance Audit and Risk Committee must submit an application to include the following:
- Statement of interest in the committee
- Demonstration of prior relevant experience and/or knowledge
- Financial practices
- Corporate Governance
- Internal Audit
- Public sector organisations
- Curriculum Vitae detailing relevant qualifications
- Any other pertinent information
